HEAVY RESCUE 22--1

 

Truck 221 was alerted for a Heavy Rescue Assignment at the 3000 block of Eastern Blvd around 2pm.  Upon arrival of E222 and Medic 54, entrapment had been confirmed.  Crews found a unloaded dump truck on top of a Geo Prism with one elderly female trapped on drivers side.  Crews made an aggressive rescue by removing doors and roof.  Patient was transported from scene to Shock Trauma due to the mechanism of injury even though at the time of extrication patient had no visible injuries.
